Description and Responsibilities
Vail & Park, P.C, CPAs is a Richardson based CPA firm with over 1,000 audit, business, and individual clients. We currently have over 25 employees including out out of state employees.
We have an immediate opening for a Tax Manager for our Richardson and Tom Bean locations. Our Tax Manager will direct and review tax staff in the preparation of entity and individual tax returns. Good communication skills and native English language skills are required. We are looking for someone who is located in Richardson primarily.
Our Tax Manager will recognize opportunities for additional services to existing clients and development of new client contacts beneficial to the Firm. We encourage our Tax Managers to be active community volunteers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s in Accounting
- CPA certification
- 3-5+ years’ relevant tax experience
- Extensive knowledge in Federal taxation
Above-average leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Pro Series Tax Software experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 – $65.00 per hour
