Tax Manager Responsibilities
As a Tax Manager, you’ll oversee tax engagements from start to finish while ensuring exceptional client service and technical accuracy.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Lead tax engagements from planning through completion
- Review tax returns, projections, and client deliverables
- Advise clients on tax planning strategies and compliance matters
- Research complex federal and state tax issues
- Mentor, coach, and develop junior staff members
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
Qualifications
We’re looking for an experienced tax professional with strong leadership abilities and a passion for client service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Active CPA license
- Five or more years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
- Experience managing engagements and reviewing tax returns
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client service skills

- Salary: $100,000–$130,000 annually, plus bonus based on experience and credentials
