Early Experience
Prior to existing as Vail & Park, P.C., the Firm formerly operated as Vail & Knauth, LLP and M. Vail & Associates PC.
The Beginning
Vail & Park, P.C. was founded in Richardson, Texas, by Mike Vail, CPA and Charlie Park, CPA. This marked the start of the Firm's journey delivering accounting services to individuals and organizations.
Continued Growth
The Firm expanded through a merger with Hart & Company, strengthening its client base and expanding its service capabilities.
Expanding Expertise
Gregg & Company CPAs merged with the Firm, bringing additional experience by adding Tom Gregg, CPA as an Audit Principal and Peer Review Team Captain.
Another Merger
Hendricks Graves & Associates merged with the Firm, further expanding the team's reach and ability to serve a growing client community.
Strategic Expansion
Following another merger with LaFollett & Company PLLC, the Firm further continued its growth and officially added an office in Tom Bean, Texas.
Continued Momentum
The Firm underwent its next merger with Huber Prater & Henson, P.C., through which the Firm gained two new Tax Principals and an office in Dallas, Texas.
Growth through Mergers
The Firm plans to merge with Bruce E. Bernstien & Associates and move the Dallas office to a new location, further expanding operations, client relationships, and professional expertise.
