Mike Vail

Mike Vail is a Founding Partner at M. Vail & Associates, PC (VA). His talent in identifying technical accounting issues and attention to detail has provided clients with strong assurance of the soundness of financial reporting to their stakeholders.

He began his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young (EY) based in Dallas as well as an extended period in the United Kingdom. , Mike has worked with over 200 clients, and provides audit leadership for the group of talented people that make up VA.

Don Graves

Don Graves, a Principal with M. Vail & Associates, PC (VA), compliments the firm with his experience in private industry and starting and operating a public accounting firm for over 30 years. His experience includes accounting, auditing and tax services for many types of businesses including construction, security broker/dealers, manufacturing, wholesale and retail. Also, he provides expertise in all tax areas including individuals and businesses.

Charles Tom Gregg

Charles T. Gregg is a Principal at M. Vail & Associates, PC. With an extensive background in Medicare and other health related auditing, Charles brings a unique industry to the firm’s table. He has spent many years working with organizations such as Blue Cross & Blue Shield, CMS, and the AICPA, culminating in his own practice and as a Principal with VA.

Charles holds an admirable 27 years of supervisory experience, not to mention the over 16 years of public accounting services under his belt; the beneficial relationship of Charles practicing at VA is an obvious and appreciated one.

Cliff Wall

Cliff Wall is the Managing Partner of Hart & Company, LLP, an Irving based accounting firm. He is also a partner in TBA Holdings, an investment group which sources capital for businesses, and also acquires and holds business interests for its’ own account. He holds securities and insurance licenses and provides financial strategies for businesses and individuals.

Mr. Wall, a Certified Public Accountant, was named CPA of the Year in 2002 by the Dallas CPA Society and served as its’ Chairman for the fiscal year 2004-2005. Cliff has also received the Texas Society of CPA’s Lone Star Pathfinder Award. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Texas Society of CPAs, and has served on numerous committees in the CPA community over the past 20 years. He is a founding member of the TSCPA Accountancy Museum.
